Abstract
We live in medial environments. In these spaces we develop our cognitive, affective and educational processes, both individually and collectively. This text tries to reflect on the necessity to conceive and implement a techno-aesthetics education. Moving from Gilbert Simondon thought, this essay aims to underline that our species has always changed its environments through different mediations (like language, technical tools or digital images), reorganizing the human experience and generating processes of individuation. Screens are, today, what institute relations and promote experiences. This theoretical assumption is the starting point for two important projects conducted in Italian schools: Schermi in classe e Cinegame. These are two convincing examples of techno-aesthetics education that are capable to use technologies and digital images.
