Abstract

Conceiving of art as a form of participation is an important and meaningful point of view. Claire Bishop presents several remarks on this issue. My attempt is to compare such a topic with the procedures of scientific rationality. Such a comparison can be useful to find some suggestions for the discussion concerning the social meaning of art, but also for the inquiry regarding the concept of intersubjectivity.
