Abstract
Addressing the individual-collectivity relationship developed by Hegel, even prior to a confrontation with the meaning of liberty and subjectivity, requires questioning its speculative dimension in depth. By first highlighting individuality as a process of de-hypostatization of subjectivity and establishing a comparison with the figure of Conscience (Gewissen), the contribution highlights the aporias of the focus on normativity in the contemporary debate, proposing an interpretation pivoting on the method of immanent critique.
