Abstract
The paper examines the second part of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law, which is devoted to “morality”. Its guiding principle is the concept of accountability. Challenging the interpretations which see in this text only a criticism of the shortcomings of the morality, my aim is to show its positive meaning as internalization of decision and taking responsibility
